Delivery

Orders are delivered within 3 to 7 working days in the United Arab Emirates. For international deliveries, times vary between 5 and 20 working days depending on your destination. Customs and import duties remain the customer's responsibility.

Return Policy

For product exchanges, a fee of AED 25 applies. This amount covers the shipping costs associated with handling your exchange. Products must be returned in their original packaging (pouch and label), with the delivery note (the sheet showing your order number) slipped inside the parcel.

Items must not have been worn, used or washed, and must be in perfect condition. You must send us the product to be exchanged within 14 days of receipt. To make the process easier, we will email you a prepaid return label.
